Join us at our Houston location on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8 p.m. for our high school boys group that is designed to provide a supportive atmosphere for young men to navigate the challenges of creating and sustaining social relationships. Cost is $60 per session and members can expect to gain insight into interpersonal exchanges through experiential activities, to master skills necessary to initiate social relationships, communicate expressively and clearly, feel closer and better connected to friends and manage overwhelming emotions such as anxiety, embarrassment and anger as well as to learn from and become encouraged by others’ experiences in a group of peers. Happy Tree Group

Happy Tree is a two hour group therapy practice for young women that promotes positive growth via mind/body techniques. The format incorporates a stretching series, mindfulness and meditation, group talk therapy, and art therapy is utilized periodically as well. Topics addressed include mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health, positive self-expression, safe self-exploration, coping skills, communication, and relationships.
